The website is owned and managed by the two authors of the book Fad-Free Strategy published by Routledge in 2018 (“the authors”). The authors are Daniel Deneffe (Managing Director, Deneffe Consulting bvba, company number BE 0661.792.891) and Herman Vantrappen (Managing Director, Akordeon bvba, company number BE 0464.618.815).

This privacy policy is subject to privacy legislation, amongst which Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

While using the website, you may choose to submit personal data through on-line forms. The authors will use this information to process your requests, but they will not intentionally sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties, except as required by applicable law. The authors may also store this information for purposes of communicating with you.

The personal data the authors can process are, amongst others, but not limited to: first name, name, email address, phone number, company, position, language. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you guarantee that the personal data you have provided are complete and correct. The authors store the personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the Purpose. Under GDPR you have the right to access and amend any of your personal data that we hold. In addition to any information you may affirmatively provide to the authors through on-line forms or otherwise, the website collects data about visitor traffic through the use of cookies. The authors do not attempt to personally identify visitors to the website. Instead they collect data to analyze in the aggregate to determine trends and improve the website. The following are some examples of the types of data that they routinely collect: Internet address of computer, browser type, referring web page, and date, time & duration of visit.
